Headed to Tallahassee, FL for the USATF National Junior Olympic XC Championships. 11 Cape Fear Flyers harriers will be competing, trying to become JO All-Americans. Much thanks to all those who have supported us this season, go Flyers!
The Road to Tallahassee starts in August. Come out Sat 8am CB State Park for some trail miles-meet at trail heads past marina. Less than 3weeks til official start of XC season, giddy up!
Who's ready for Cross Country? We'll be meeting Sat 8am Carolina Beach State Park (trail heads past marina) for our 1st pre-season run. Start training to qualify for the USATF XC JO Nationals December in Tallahassee, or come out just to get some miles in on the beautiful trails.
