On this Veterans Day, our team takes time to express our gratitude to the military members and their families. It is hard to describe with words how grateful we are to live as liberated people in a democratic country. How to track updates if your customer doesn't use ivia?

You can do it using the Email Notifications button:

Email Location Updates — type as many emails as you need where you want the updates to go. A customer will receive an email with the exact location during the intervals you choose.

Email Status Update — a lifesaver in the logistics industry. Save a customer's email and they will receive a picture of freight, BOL, and POD as soon as the driver uploads it on ivia. The customer will also receive a notification when a driver is on-site for PU/DEL.

If both you and your customer use ivia, there's no need to set up the updates.
