Back home! Those TSA lines in SJU were NO JOKE. 2 hours in line. We had a great time! Sadly our sweetest boy Zeus needed to go over the rainbow bridge the day before we left. We really needed these moments to ease us through the sadness. Time to think about the next vacay 😅.

Spent the morning exploring the beautiful El Yunque National Rainforest in Puerto Rico. Reminded me very much of our North Carolina mountains. 🩷

Damn, what a book. Absolutely recommend to anyone who loves a non-fiction read full of adventure and thought provocation. There are some dated, rough, opinions…but reminders of how far we have come. For the most part this book is full of ideas insanely relative to today’s society. You may have never stepped foot in the magnificent desert, but you’ll leave Desert Solitaire behind with imagery so real you feel you have. ❤️‍🔥
