realistic what I ate in a day down 100+ Ibs 🥰 We're still out of town with my family so I'm just making it work with what I have 🤣 Lots of eating out and social time but trying to fuel my body well 🤍

Was CRAVING a peppermint mocha on Christmas morning. I had an idea and boy was it yummy. Espresso, peppermint syrup, and protein hot chocolate!!! SOO good 😍💚☕️ 20 grams of protein for 130 calories 👏🏼
