I was recently asked if I still achieve improvement in my strength training. My answer...YES! As I constantly focus on proper form and ex*****on of my lifts, I am able to lift more weight 💪🏿
If we continuously focus on doing the right things: using the correct form, eating what works for our bodies, practicing the rituals that keep our minds healthy; we will GROW‼️
