Hi, everyone! I realized that I have not done a proper introduction, and wanted to take the time to do so!

My name is Janet Flieger and I currently live in the heart of Waxhaw, North Carolina. Due to the influence that culinary arts has had on my life through my grandfather, I decided to attend Johnson & Wales University. After my graduation this past May, I began my own home bakery, Sweet Cheeks Bakery.

Baking has, and always will be, my passion. I find happiness in bringing a smile to those who enjoy my desserts. Starting my own bakery is becoming a reality, and I could not be more grateful to those in my life who have helped me along the way. 🧁✨
