Hey sweet friends! Yeah, it’s been a while. I’ve been busy creating a fun new project with my dear friend Jean Atman. We are having some super cool discussions on navigating the great awakening.

From the very bottom of my heart, I want to thank you for all your incredible support & love throughout the last 7 years of the HMS Log Book journey. It has been such an honor to publish this unique journaling experience, and I could not have done it without you.

When I awoke on January 1, 2020, knowing what tumultuous times lie ahead, it became obvious to me that I had just published the final HMS Log Book. From the perspective of my cozy home on Sunday, May 17th, I believe I made the appropriate decision. While I am a bit saddened that I'm not writing about the launch of the next journal, I am also excited about all the exciting prospects in my current reality, and feeling really good about creating 11 magical journals to assist with your self care practice.

If you want to keep journaling, never fear, I've got a work around!

Of course I do. It's not a perfect solution, but hey, I think it will do in a pinch. I've marked the 2019 July - December journal down to $17, and it is now available on Amazon. How will this help you? Well, everything will be accurate except the year and the moon phases, and I've got a fix for that too. There are these cute little moon phase stickers that you can use for each page of the journal. With very little effort, you can recreate an accurate journal showing everything you need to keep the dream alive. (Swipe for Solutions)

The astrological aspects will still be the same, the elemental aspects will too, and that just leaves the "2019" on each page...I'm thinking that's a minor concern for most of us. Besides, is it that crazy to dream of last year, just a little bit? Just keep swimming, my loves. We'll make it just fine.

In this age of Main Stream Meteor hysteria, are you taking a break from the onslaught?

The reality is that in situations like this we have a real desire to “get information.” We look to the news anchors for answers. Side note: why do we call them anchors?

The irony is that when we listen to this anxiety reporting it’s like taking a hatchet to our immune system because the MSM answers almost every question in the tone of fear. Can’t you feel it?

The answers from the anchors hit the nervous system like a meteor, especially in dramatic times like these. Your adrenals are getting pummeled by the trauma and that puts us in a perpetual state of fight or flight.

And this is one of the most efficient ways to depress the immune system. Not good.

Turn the tell a vision off. Read your news. Stay informed. Discuss ideas with other folks who aren’t simply echoing the narrative.
