Hi Hooomans 👋🏼
Thank you for all your prayers, positive vibes, and love you’ve sent to me and to my Mama during the cancer scare we had. I felt all the love 💗
The doctor says I’m cancer free and I’m going to stay that way 🔥
My Mama sure was sad, I mean, sometimes she was snuggling with me so tight I couldn’t breathe 😳But I just let her do it because I love her.
I’m feeling like my old self again, back to my normal 3 mile walks and all the puppy things.
Pssst.. I also get more treatos now…woo hoo!!
Thanks again it sure meant a lot 🐶🙏🏼

Coop had her checkup ❤️🩹🐾
Vet was pleased with how the incision was healing, sutures were removed.
For now, this girl is cancer free and we’re going to do everything to keep her that way 💪🏼
Coop is so appreciative when someone gives her something whether it’s a stuffed animal, a treato or a chewey. It’s always quite cute to see her excitement and appreciation (pic below).
I told Coop that she now has another battle scar, yet another testimony of resilience. Scars represent courage, perseverance and triumph over adversity. Remember scars are not only physical, but mental as well.
We thank you all again for adding Coop to your prayer list and the positive vibes.. the past few weeks have been hard.

Cooper's biopsy results: ❤️🩹🐾
Her MCT was grade 2 which is not what we were hoping for, however they are confident they got clean margins — was able to get 5 mm of disease free tissue around the entirety of the tumor.
The difference between grade 1 and grade 2.
-Grade 1 the cells within the tumor were not multiplying.
-Grade 2 the cells within the tumor were multiplying.
But since they were able to get clean margins, the doctor said that’s good for now. No further treatment is needed at this time. However, I will just have to monitor the area where the tumor was and potential new growth/mass. Vet said typically if it’s grade 2 there is a higher potential of it coming back — if something does feel odd in her body. It’s more than likely the cancer is back. She would have surgery to remove it. Keeping in mind she’s 9.5 yrs old, as she gets older attempting surgery will be more difficult, but I’ve already had those conversations with the vet before due to her bladder stone/UTI condition - 2 surgeries already.
All in all. This is great news. She has no cancer in her body right now. And we will take that as a WIN TODAY!

And lastly, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for always showing so much love for my sweet girl. It is felt.
We also have a pretty special angel up above…..

UPDATE: ❤️🩹
Coop has a mass cell tumor on her side. Definitely not a fatty tumor.
Vet said it has to be removed - biopsy will be done after removal. Surgery is being scheduled.
She is strong and tough like her Mama!! We just know it will come back low-grade.
We appreciate your continued love and prayers 🙏🏼🐾
xoxo
