Although awaiting the shower glass enclosure, here is a recent bathroom facelift. The space and light gained is incredible~

The health of a house starts from the ground up! For this home we found the subfloors were rotted & mold growing throughout due to poor water protection from the crawl space under the house, long term leaky appliances & it seems improper drying after a fire in the attic.

We went room by room to remove the bamboo flooring, subfloor plywood & any insulation that had mildew salvaging what we could. A long tedious process that took us to down to the framing.
