Redfish bite was on fire yesterday! Caught around 20 over slot reds and 3 different types of shark. 2 blacktips, 1 bonnet head and 1 Atlantic sharp nose.

Had another great trip with some Blanchard Machinery Company guys. Caught about 15 nice reds and a handful of trout. One trout didn’t have any spots!

Just had a short 2.5 hour trip with a solo angler from Tennessee. On his first time fishing in saltwater he was able to put some nice reds in the boat and a small trout.

Big reds were hungry this afternoon!

One of my groups asked if Gillie could fish today so she ended up working her first double! 🐶 The morning was a little slow but we still managed a few trout and some big reds.

We had to run and hide from the wind today but we still found a few hungry fish.

Enjoying a day off with my family after running 15 trips in the last 13 days.

Besides redfish and black drum we caught our first cobia of the year and a lot of small flounder. The trout have been slow the last few days but they are starting to show up too.

Fishing is starting to heat up! 🔥

We had a four boat group tournament with some Blanchard Machinery Company and Carolina Tractor guys today. No money on the line just bragging rights. The bite started slow but when the tide turned we had a couple good hours of fishing. We ended up catching 2 black drum, 1 trout, 2 slot redfish and 9 redfish between 29-31”. Great time with a fun group.

Another great day at the office…can’t beat a full, fun day of fishing!

Mr John came down from North Carolina to fish Thursday and Friday with me last week and we had 2 great days. He landed 15+ over slot reds, 15+ black drum, 6 trout and 1 baby flounder. It was a great way to end the trip when he doubled up on these 2 big reds that decided to bite at the same time.
