Brazil’s updated NR-1 regulation is changing how companies approach workplace safety and compliance 🇧🇷
With enforcement starting on May 26, 2026, employers are expected to move beyond informal processes and adopt structured approaches to identifying, managing, and documenting workplace risks — including psychosocial risks such as workload, harassment, and workplace conflict.
