The shipping was very prompt and the packaging was very protective. It took about 40 minutes to do the install and that was with putting the zip in twice, I got a separation and found that it was easier to go forward than backward. Very nice that they provide a good video and PDF to help make the task easier. The new window is good quality and very solid and the zip was nice heavy-duty stuff. I had a little trouble with taping the corners and possibly would have used a bit more tape on the corners if I did it again. Very happy with the whole experience from the ordering to the installation instructions to the quality of the product itself. I recommend this and wish that I had tried these guys first rather than messing with the j***y zipper that I bought on eBay. - Review from Mark Tatham
