Recent project for some great clients on Seabrook Island, SC- This is a great design we did for them with downstairs office & formal dining room, large rear enclosed porch, open to below from 2nd floor, stair tower, large open living & kitchen Island seating, cozy front porch, 2 car front entry garages, brickwork details on foundation and some shake siding accents.

Conservatively sized open floorplan at 2,800 SF plan with bonus room over garage cozy front porch and front entry garage for limited width lot. Master bedroom downstairs and two beds upstairs with shared bath and office flex in front of main floor. Farmhouse vernacular exterior on front, salt box on rear with coastal touch. Haha
