Think of it as your life depends on it, that a doctor’s visit would cost you more and or suffer from a disease that you could totally avoid.
Our food choices reflects on our health. When you consume junk/processed foods most of the time, you could end up with diabetes, cancer, and other digestive or inflammatory issues.

I think I found a way to make my own and it was scrumptious. I pair it with steamed cauliflower rice and drizzle some homemade spicy soy sauce mixture because my household is a fan of spicy stuff.
