Little bread factory is now 9 months old. 🥳 I have learned in this short time a lot about starting a business and baking German bread in America. Thank you all for your support! It has been a great experience to get to know the community. When someone introduces me as the “German Bread Baker” my heart is singing and dancing 💃. Sometimes it feels a little unreal. Growing up in a tiny village, learning from Grandma how to bake, and now living in America actually making a business out of my passion.
To be honest, everything happened really fast. Doing all of this next to my day-job has been very challenging. Therefore I will take a couple of weeks off. I will start taking orders again at the end of October. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! ☕️
