I’ve lost over 30 pounds naturally, and honestly, I did it as simple as possible.

Daily walks and taking my sea moss consistently were two of the biggest factors in my journey. I also cut back on excess sugar and focused on making sure my nutrition was decent. That doesn’t mean I was perfect. I still enjoyed foods I loved and allowed myself to indulge from time to time.

The biggest lesson I learned is that it’s not about perfection; it’s about consistency. I stayed committed even on the days I didn’t feel like it. And when I fell off track occasionally, I didn’t quit altogether. I just got back on course…. I’m not where I want to be but so glad I’m not where I used to be.

Today, I feel lighter, healthier, and so much better overall. If you’re trying to lose weight naturally, know that it’s absolutely possible. Stay consistent, trust the process, and keep going, even when progress feels slow.

Yes, high blood pressure is extremely common but that doesn’t mean you have to accept it. In the U.S, nearly half of adults are estimated to have hypertension, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Heart Association. Globally, over a billion people are affected.

A few reasons it’s so widespread is because many people don’t notice symptoms, so it often goes undiagnosed.

Diets high in sodium and ultra-processed foods, stress, poor sleep quality, inactivity, alcohol use, and obesity all contribute and raise risk. Genetics and aging also play a major role as well but that does not mean you can’t fight against it naturally!!!

What makes it concerning is that uncontrolled high blood pressure increases the risk of:

•Heart attack
•Stroke
•Kidney disease
•Heart failure
•Vision problems

The good news is that even modest changes can lower blood pressure noticeably like:

•Regular walking or exercise
•Reducing sodium intake
•Losing a small amount of weight if needed
•Better quality sleep
•Managing stress levels
•Staying hydrated
•Consuming Sea Moss daily

All of these things have made a major difference in my blood pressure readings.

Motivation Mondays… imagine if you just started. I went through so many struggles and setbacks while building SMB. So many changes that I just figured out along the way. From working with with my sister to starting Sea Moss Bar, it was very hectic a lot of times. It’s crazy how much I’ve learned during all the setbacks I went through. I just needed to keep going no matter what life threw at me. I do it for the people, I do it for my customers. As long as you’re still breathing, you have the power to change your life and start now. It’s not too late to reach your goals…

As an entrepreneur I get burnt out quite a bit but moments where I feel heavy I always reflect on how blessed I truly am. People tend to chase money, hustle culture, success, and influence. Meanwhile I just appreciate being able to travel, spend time with my loved ones, and have my time freedom while giving back. Maintaining my peace is my top priority. It’s hard to keep going when you’re always moving. It’s not until you slow down and just be grateful for where you are and how far you’ve come that you’ll see you’re doing just fine!…. -Loe

Viral Creamy Beef Pasta but make it high protein. I grabbed this recipe from Timeless Food Recipes on YouTube but I added some personal tweaks of my own to it.

What you need?

1 lb (about 0.5 kg) ground beef
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 medium onion
4 garlic cloves,
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp flour
1 cup beef broth
1-2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
Crush Red Pepper
1 tsp black pepper
5 oz (140 g) cheddar cheese
10 oz (280 g) protein pasta
Handful of fresh parsley
