Here’s the preliminary cover art and title for my upcoming novel.

I started this book several years ago with a different title. It was almost finished, but I stopped mid-way through a rewrite. I stopped working on it for three years.

A couple months ago I decided to finish the story. Now, that the manuscript is nearly ready, the book will go through a long process before I can say it’s truly finished.

I will submit the manuscript to an editor, then rewrite it again, before soliciting beta readers for feedback. Then I expect some final tweaking, before finally beginning the self publishing process. I hope to release the final product by the end of this year.

You can see there is plenty of time to change the cover, so let me know what you think of the title and art concept.

The story is part of the ASTEROID series jumping twenty years in the future, centered around a Moon base called Malapert Station. I consider this book four. I plan to work on book two and three, soon.

July 15th Earth Survived a "close call" with 200 ft asteroid traveling 53,000 miles per hour.... Scientists discovered the space rock 2 days AFTER it flew by. Now dubbed 2023 NT1, a big rock the size of a 20-story building snuck between the Earth and the Moon sight unseen. It was missed because it came from the direction of the sun, a familiar excuse for missing asteroids that smash into Earth.
It's just a matter of time before an asteroid smacks Earth causing severe destruction... and we might not even see it coming.
