Comment on others' work that has inspired you! Remember, we have a community; above all, we can support each other on this journey. 🧩Optional if you want to start a count system! We do because it is so rewarding and fun to post significant milestones like the number 1 pattern, 50, 100! It is a BIG deal! You are a Big Deal!

✍🏻 Okay, but why 100 patterns, Cacau? It is twofold; One, a typical pattern design collection is around 10 to 12 designs. So each month, you can produce an array of the body of work and complete the Challenge. Your efforts will compound over time. By the end of the Challenge, you will have up to 12 collections that you can market for licensing and much more. It is feasible because you have a whole month to get your prints ready. Keep this strike and finish your Challenge in less than 12 months.
Two, after 100 patterns, you will be able to see your artist's voice emerging and evolving. Look back at this work and see what style, subject, and colors your designs are prominent and feel inspired and confident to continue doing the art you love.

Hello Patternatics!
One of my favorite memories growing up was watching my mother get ready. Her sense of style, matching heels 👠 and a clutch bag 👛signature makeup💄and perfume were influencers in my very own style today and my obsession. 💛

I love this classic pump. It makes an elegant statement every time. I own several pairs and truly is my go-to look from day to night.

I am putting out the in the universe, my patterns designs to make into shoes‼️🔥👠🙌🏻🙏🏻 How much fun are these? Would you buy these?

Hello, Patternatics,

I am super pumped to some yard work in the books later this week with the weather in the high 60’s. Our ongoing winter cleaning goes for a while into early Spring. I like to space yard work out as much as possible so the tasks are manageable and I enjoy the break from my day-to-day routine.

I am super excited about my newest gardening tool acquisition: A growing lamp. Last year our veggies garden reached its peak late on in the season, partially because I sedded them very late. Not this year, I am on it.

I am bitting my nails still in anticipation of new perennials flowers planted last year if they survived the winter months. I am planning getting more flowers for this Spring. I can't wait to take photos, draw and paint them.

For our pattern and process fix today, I want to share these fun geometric and retro vibe patterns meeting animal print. I honestly have not venture much into abstract patterns. Surprisingly, When the brush and paint hit the paper that is what happened. I went with the flow and embracing it. I had fun. I was zen out. I love the results so far. Let me tell you, the digitalizing part of it is taking a long time. But hang in there, more to come on the end products.

What is inspiring you today? Do you like this style?

Hello Patternatics! Today it is 28 degrees in Colorado with 50% chances of snow. I am sending prayers to those experiencing a deadly storm without power. Stay warm and safe.🙏🏻
Who is longing for sunny spring vibes? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Bring me all the sunshine, please! 🌞

I am super excited to share a sneak peek at our newest spring prints! 🌷I had a lot of fun designing these by hand and painting them freely with watercolor. 🎨The limited color pallet is growing on me but let's see what other colorways we come up with. Stay tuned! ❤️

Hello Patternatics! I hope you had an eventful but safe celebration yesterday. Mine was simple. We don't do gifts or fancy dinners usually.
After 9 Valentines together, I am happy as a clam with some good wine 🍷 and having made by my darling husband. But this year we went out for a low-key brunch to change things up a little.

On a transformation note, I am looking forward to my fitness class tonight: Gluteus MAXout. Yep! it is everything the class name may hint you. I will barely be walking tomorrow. No pain no gain, right⁉️

For our pattern feature, I want to share my animal print obsession. I did a closet inventory. I own a lot of animal print goods: purses, shoes, swimming wear, and appeal. Naturally, I NEEDED to make my prints‼️

On a trend note, you may notice that there is a lot of animal print out there. I think this one is an print trend and a must to any collection inventory. I am so in love with this new print edition to my portfolio.

I can not wait to hear your thoughts‼️Which one is your favorite⁉️

Hello Patternatics, this week's creation is a design reflecting my artistic voice for Reflecting on my yellow brick road journey made me feel reenergized, especially at the unprecedented times we live in today. As some of you may know, I am a trained landscape architect and planner and I still work in this field today. I love my career, but I am also in love with and leaped this year to pursue my passion for creating two-dimensional artwork for products. My recent design named reflects on how much I evolved as a designer over the years. The analogy of a butterfly complete metamorphosis goes back a decade ago to when I was a junior designer at my first job in a multidisciplinary firm We used to say, we all are designer caterpillars 🐛and one day we will be a beautiful butterfly🦋. I am humbled to be learning a new career, business and I am so excited for what the future holds for Don't forget to vote for your favorite designs website. 🐛🦋🌸
