Some people meet their clients in cafes or golf courses, some people meet their clients at Stonehenge. 🪨 More on that in a moment...

Clare Josa, author of "Ditching Imposter Syndrome" and "Dare to Dream Big", is a longtime colleague, client, and friend. She is also an excellent tour guide, leading us through Salisbury and Stonehenge on a recent trip to the U.K.

Clare has always been multiple steps ahead of the coaching and personal development world, her brain power a marvel to behold. She figures things out so quickly that sometimes people have questioned whether she actually did the "thinking work" to arrive at her conclusions. Turns out Clare has a special gift of neuro-spiciness that enables her to process information at a faster-than-the-average-person rate, a slight nod to Rain Man but with way better people skills and a great sense of humor..

As a result of exploring her own neurodivergence, she's on to her next Great Thing: addressing ND from perspectives missing from the mainstream.

That's as much as I can reveal about her latest body of work, but suffice it to say that she's about to share something with the world that will change the conversations around neurodivergence, particularly in the workplace and in leadership.

I make it a point to support experts like Clare, someone who is best in class and producing impactful work. Through conversations around what she's creating, I'm already self-reflecting on new discoveries about myself that her work prompted me to explore.

More on Stonehenge from English-Heritage.org:
"Stonehenge is perhaps the world’s most famous prehistoric monument. It was built in several stages: the first monument was an early henge monument, built about 5,000 years ago, and the unique stone circle was erected in the late Neolithic period about 2500 BC. In the early Bronze Age many burial mounds were built nearby."
