Hi friends, I hope you are well. I just want to let you know that I am launching another Healthy Foundations 8 week course January 18, 2019 (this time on Friday evenings) and I had some offers you may be interested in.

I know that it can be challenging to maintain the level of health, wellness, and fitness you want to in our busy lives. It can be hard to do less, and sometimes we even make ourselves second priority to the world and suddenly time goes by and we find ourselves needing to change.

For those of you that are familiar with the course, here are the options I plan offer the 8 week course this time (7 weeks with a 1 month follow up after 7 weeks to make 8):

Option 1:
*30-45 min weekly group coaching calls for $24 per month or $15 per call (ongoing after course) with one free bonus call per month open to anyone. This is a new ongoing offer every month besides the 8 weeks.

Option 2:
*Pre-recorded online course $49. This is a modified pre-recorded version of the course which I will be offering with group interaction, and limited email support.

Option 3:
*Pre-recorded online course with weekly group coaching calls $125: same as above with access to group coaching calls for 8 weeks.

Option 4:
*Live online with weekly group coaching calls $245: recorded via Facebook live each week.

Option 5:
*Live in person with weekly group coaching calls $450: this is available for local clients who can physically come to the gym for the 90 minute live online session and then follow up with a bonus 30 min practice session afterward.
