JUST SOLD in Carlsbad! 🎉🌊
This one is special because my client had their eye on THIS home for years!! It went on the market last year, but they weren't ready at that time to buy.
Then the coolest thing happened! It hit the market last month, they were ready, and we immediately met with the listing agent, and had a very strong offer written that next morning. Then as they say, the rest is history.
