This is a project that we did that never was finished.

We also raise houses to be put on pilings. This is very popular on the barrier islands, and it saves a tremendous amount of money on insurance for the homeowner.
We provide preliminary drawings of what your project will look like. Frank can put your thoughts and ideas on paper so that you can see what the end result would look like.
We do color renderings and concepts for front elevations and floor plans. We can do black and white and watercolor renderings also.
We can do animated video's of your project.
We can provide you with development orders, civil engineering, structural engineering and mechanical engineering along with a complete set of architectural drawings.
We can also provide you with energy calculations for permitting.
There is basically no job that we cannot do.
