Happy Birthday to the woman of my dreams, my wife Paulina who works so hard for our family every day! We had a wonderful family lunch at Doro. Excellent food and service, extremely busy!

Reduce the unfunded mandates placed on towns, but particularly ones such as Canton and Avon which are well managed on their own! Pair this with increased state aid for education, and you would be able to reduce the property tax burden fairly significantly!

No more patchwork or temporary limited support in an election year… we need visionary changes here, with a real plan and some actual accountability. I’m totally aligned with Fazio and when I get to Hartford we’ll get it done together!

I am deeply disturbed by the social media content posted by House Republican candidate Jadon MacCormack, and I join Republican leadership in calling for his immediate resignation.

Advocating for the hanging of members of the gay community is abhorrent, indefensible, and completely unacceptable. There is no place in our party, our state, or our society for this sort of rhetoric or policy.

Young Republicans will help shape the future of our party, our state, and our nation. We must hold ourselves to a higher standard and reject extremism in all its forms. This conduct is unequivocally wrong and cannot be excused or ignored.

I will not support a candidate who suggests that people should be jailed or hung based upon their sexuality. And for the record, this candidate's comments have gone far beyond simply calling out Pride Month. Unhinged, violent rhetoric has no place in society, let alone politics.
