One thing too, that I'll add, is how hard it is sometimes to not feel expected to be some sort of hierarchy, if that makes sense...

I have to work regularly to make sure I'm staying in the right head space to create the atmosphere of self acceptance and love that I crave for each student to feel as they walk through my door ❤️

I say it regularly to my people, and I'll say it here too- show your body love and respect for where it's at, and it will, in turn, eventually open up and allow you to take the steps to get to where you want to be ❤️ wherever you are at in this moment is PERFECT, and is where you are supposed to be- both in your practice and in life- there are lessons to be learned in each and every phase, enjoy the moment enough to be open to it ✨️💖
