Intuition

We know that recent headlines can feel scary, overwhelming, or even triggering. Here’s how Team Intuition is practicing self-care this week—because staying grounded and connected is more important than ever:
💬 Staying off our phones
We’re muting notifications, limiting our screen and news time, and diving into good books to stay centered and present.
💪 Moving our bodies
With winter chill setting in, we’re keeping warm and energized with hot yoga and Pilates. Movement is medicine, especially when it’s cold outside!
❤️ Connecting with loved ones
Whether it’s in person or virtually, spending time with people who love and support us reminds us we’re not alone. That sense of community makes all the difference.
If you’re feeling discouraged, know you’re not alone. We see you, and we commend the amazing work being done by organizations like and to make safety and justice a priority.
✨ How are you taking care of yourself this week? Share your tips below—we’d love to hear them. 💕

Feeling so incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received in these past four months. Thank you for joining us on this incredible journey. 💫
In October and November, we were honored to attend the Harvard Business School Women’s Health Summit, the Behavioral Health Tech Conference, and the Durham Community Incubator pitch event—reminding us why we’re so passionate about bringing awareness and tools for healthier relationships to more people.
Moving into December, we’re thrilled to share that Intuition is officially launching its closed beta! 🎉 We’re inviting early users to explore the app and share feedback to help us improve. Interested? Sign up here: https://lnkd.in/dHrfHwuw
Grateful for your belief in our vision and excited for what’s ahead.
