This was never about a quick fix. I had a lot of weight to lose and will always struggle with chronic obesity. But I found tools that helped me. I am forever thankful for the gastric sleeve and now tirzepatide! I am down 153lbs as a result!
My weight loss was stalled after the gastric sleeve when I decided to start a glp1! Before the gastric sleeve ones 317lbs. I am officially down 150lbs!!

My weight loss stalled on a GLP-1. Am I quitting?
No. Because stalls are part of healing, not a sign of failure.
Consistency > panic. Progress isn’t always loud.

Skinny girl privilege isn’t about confidence… it’s about how the world responds to you.
But this Makeup will help with confidence or at least it’s helped me.

This was right before the crash of 2015. Happy birthday Charles! If you think of it, reach out to wish him a happy birthday!
What are your future plans with your glp1? Have you started one? Are you curious about them?

There was a version of me who didn’t think she could do this.
She started over more times than she could count.
She made promises to herself… and broke them.
She felt stuck, frustrated, and honestly? A little hopeless.
But she kept coming back.
And that’s the only reason you’re looking at this “after.”
This wasn’t about willpower.
It wasn’t about perfection.
It was about deciding—again and again—that I was worth showing up for.
150 pounds later… I’m still choosing her. Every day.
If you’re at the beginning, in the messy middle, or starting over for the 10th time—
I see you. And you’re not behind. 🤍
“You need help sweetheart?” No homie, my husband is handling it.
Not because I’m more worthy now…
but because the world treats you different when you look different.
And that’s a hard truth no one talks about.
150 pounds down…
and I see it everywhere.
If you’ve felt invisible before… I see you. 🤍
Comment ‘seen’ if this hit.

I didn’t change my life overnight.
I just stopped quitting on myself…
over and over and over again.
And that changed everything.
