Our newest project we started a couple weeks ago. Lots of demo and framing. We got the one area all demoed and cut all new rafters and collar ties at a 5/12 pitch. A few jobs we've finished over the past week, framed in where the stove was and insulated. Installed some sheetrock did a 1st coat of mud, we then installed primed nickel gap that we painted with Ben Moore paint. We made new jamb extensions for the windows and re installed the window trim and installed new base trim and crown. The nickel gap really creates a nice accent wall in the living area. We also put two nice new Larson storm doors in at another job site the other week they finished off the exterior doors that were there already, bringing in nice light and air in the house just in time for the upcoming spring 🔨🪚
