I’ve enjoyed working with this client, and although I’ve had some awesome clients, he’s my favorite. I’m biased though, because this is my son, Justin Collins! He’s a first time homeowner as of today.

He got a light fixer, that he’s going to be updating. Got a great deal, with appraisal coming in at $15,000 over what he paid for it. So, he’s already sitting on some equity even before he moves in. I’m super proud of him and excited for this next chapter of his life.
