We are so excited to announce that Saige Kovar, RN will start training next week alongside Jamie Decker, FNP at both Top Deck Butte & Billings locations. 🩺✨

Bio:

Saige is an Emergency Department Registered Nurse starting as a Nurse Practitioner student at Top Deck! Originally from New Jersey, she moved west to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2019. Her interest in healthcare began at just 16 years old while working with Ski Patrol and Mountain Rescue. It was there that she discovered the impact of showing up for people on their worst days. Those early experiences shaped the nurse she is today calm under pressure, a quick critical thinker, dedicated patient advocate, and a nurse who leads with genuine compassion. While working in the emergency department, she has seen preventable illnesses progress and turn into life-threatening emergencies. This perspective has vastly deepened her belief in patient education, early intervention, and improving access to preventative, personalized care.

Outside of work and school, she values time spent with her boyfriend, family, friends, two dogs, and two cats. She embraces the same adventurous lifestyle that first led her down the path to healthcare, with a love of skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and paddle boarding.
