Hello Butte! If you’re using Google to search for us, it is incorrectly reporting that we’ve closed. Far from true! The Butte Furniture Bank is busy in our 8th year helping those in need with free, gently used furniture and household items.

If you’d like to donate furniture, kitchen items, or bedding, please reach out to our volunteers at 406-603-0692. If you’re in need of assistance with furniture, contact our community partner, Action Inc to apply.

We’re hard at it, Butte, and we need your help! The Butte Furniture Bank has been busy helping those in need with free, gently used furnishings and household goods. Last year we were privileged to have served 192 households in our community, and have assisted over 900 since we began in 2018. Thank you to all who have helped us make this happen!

We are currently in need of the following and ask please that all items are clean and new, or gently used:

Pots & pans
Dishes and kitchenware
Towels, sheets, & comforters
Dressers

If you are new to the Butte Furniture Bank, here’s a little about us. We are a nonprofit organization and have been established in Butte for over 5 years. We’re comprised of 100% volunteers. Our mission is to help those who are struggling with poverty or tragedy, by providing free, donated, new and gently used furniture and household goods.

We operate by appointment, so we do not have a storefront open to the public. If you would like to donate items please call us at (406) 603-0692. And if you are in need of assistance please contact our community partners at Action Inc.
