First off, I want to sincerely apologize for being so distant over the last few months.

Life gets busy, and behind the scenes there’s been a lot going on that has pulled me away from posting.

But I need you to know this: mental health and su***de awareness are not just something we talk about for a few months out of the year. It’s an every single day thing. It matters all year long, not just when it’s trending.

Even when I’m quiet on here, that doesn’t mean the mission stopped.

Life happens, and sometimes I can’t show up the way I want to in the moment, but I’m still here, and I’m going to do better about showing up consistently. I’ll be making it a point to be on here a few times each week, reminding you of something you might not hear enough: You are not alone. You are seen. And you matter more than you know.
