Why go on a ruck march? It's a form of exercise that involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack. This is commonly done for PT in the military. The added weight makes it tougher, boosting strength, endurance, and cardio. Plus, it’s great for all fitness levels since you can adjust the weight to suit you.
On October 18th at 7am we will be holding our first annual ruck march to help fight veteran homelessness. There Is an option to walk or even run a 5k If you would rather but we truly hope you’ll join us. And in the mean time, it’s like everything else. Is it day one or one day?

Lest we forget…
Did you know in Missouri there are just under 600 homeless veterans? There is an estimated 35,000 nation wide. This is something we have long been passionate about but I’ve never taken action.
The work being done at Footprints, Inc. is so important. When I had the opportunity to speak with Joel it was obvious what had to be done.
Please register for this event and help us support them.
