Amazing music video from “i make music about connecting to your truest self, and so usually that gives me a well of ideas to pull from, as i’m continually working to do that in my own life. one day though i was feeling particularly uninspired, so i drove my ‘66 mustang to one of my favorite spots: The Laurel Canyon Cafe aka The Country Store. I sat on the patio, people watched, and eventually (literally) asked the sky “rockstars of the 60s & 70s, what story do you want to tell through me? from there a poem inspired by John Lennon, and the peace I believe he tried to bring to the world, was born. shortly after I took the poem into the studio with some of my favorite songwriters (Sierra Phuong-Thao Deaton, Cameron Walker, Eric Palmquist) and we created the song you hear today!”
