Acropolis OPA Express (formerly Newbury Salads) opens in Buffalo General Hospital on Monday, April 15th.

Today, Newbury Williamsville handed off its location to our sister restaurant
Acropolis OPA will have our entire menu on it plus all of the traditional Greek appetizers and entrees they are known for.
We started this journey in 2019 before Covid began and we have now followed through one our plan to offer healthier, higher quality food in hospitals. We are deeply committed to changing the food scene in hospitals and large medical corridors in WNY and beyond and that will be our primary focus.
Soon we will share our plans to grow in hospitals and which ones might be next.
As for now, we wish OPA! Huge success in Williamsville. What a blast it has been. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Super excited about the new direction we are taking for Newbury in Williamsville. Adding a full table service experience, new hood system, expanding our inside kitchen, and adding a fresh herb wall to the mix. We will keep you posted on our progress. We should be all done next week. Can’t wait for you all to see the new digs!
We have decided to close all of our locations today. Our teams need one more day to dig out and get their streets cleaned. Once the travel ban in the city is lifted, we will open our two city locations. Williamsville location should be open tomorrow. Thank you for your patience.
