Community organizations and residents sue City of Buffalo for failure to implement rental inspections law Community organizations and residents came together on Thursday to announce that they are suing the City of Buffalo for failure to implement the Proactive Rental Inspections Law.

Emanuell Smith, a Roger Williams Law Student Intern who is working within the CLARO Department of the WNY Law Center, successfully argued his first Order to Show Cause to Vacate a Judgment in Buffalo City Court this morning. Congratulations Emanuell!
