Root Down, Rise Up Self Care

Hey friends! The Root girls will be teaching a Zumba class for free at International Prep tomorrow. The classes will be 1/2 hour increments. Take as many classes as you want. The first sessions starts at 9:30am. Come and dance, laugh and sweat with us!

Hey Yogis! Just drove to the park. After that nice soaking rain the ground is pretty wet. We are going to cancel. So sorry but hopefully the rain holds out for Thursday.

Root girls made it to Red Rocks. Extremely grateful for the opportunity to practice yoga in this beautiful space.
