Don’t get stuck without a valid passport! We’ve seen an uptick of Americans renewing their U.S. passport through Online Passport Renewal while they’re located overseas, not realizing that their current passport will be automatically canceled when they submit their online application -- even if it hasn’t expired. Americans residing outside of the United States should NOT use Online Passport Renewal. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Tuesday criticized the cost of the ongoing U.S.-Israel war against Iran, arguing that billions spent on the conflict could instead fund key social programs in the United States.

In a post on X, Sanders said the war has already cost $22.8 billion, adding that the same amount could “provide Medicaid to 6.8 million kids,” build 2.6 million public housing units, fund Head Start for 1.3 million children, hire 240,000 teachers, or cancel $20,000 in student debt for 1 million borrowers.
