there’s still a few seats left for our upcoming class with of - The Alchemy of Bread: Sourdough Flatbreads + Hummus

flour, water, salt, and starter slowly transform into something alive. learning to feel the dough change in your hands, rolling it out by hand, cooking it in a hot skillet and watching it puff and blister — transformation + alchemy.

in this class, we’ll make learn to make sourdough flatbreads from scratch alongside homemade hummus with herbs, olives, olive oil + microgreens. everyone will leave with dough to continue at home, a sourdough starter, and the recipes + process to keep exploring the alchemy of bread in their own kitchen.

scenes from last night ✨ we gathered around the counter to learn the art of traditional Argentinian empanadas with of

we knew when we opened our teaching kitchen, we wanted to show everyone that cooking isn’t just about recipes and ingredients. we wanted to help people rediscover the joy in cooking — not just teaching recipes, but creating experiences that bring people back to the heart of the kitchen + remind them how meaningful cooking can be.

Chef Valentina cooks from the heart, and you can feel it in everything she does. from the mixing dough to folding each empanada by hand, every part of the class felt welcoming and connected to her traditions + heart.

thank you to every person who chooses to spend their time cooking, learning, and gathering with us. 🤍
