Logic Control Systems recently completed a glycol reboiler refurbishment and controls upgrade, restoring the unit to safe and reliable operation.

Our team managed the project from initial walkdowns and demolition through mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation installation. The work included piping and tubing updates, safety device upgrades, burner and ignition system improvements, and integration with the master control panel.

All safety and control components were installed, calibrated, and tested with operations before the reboiler was safely returned to service.

Projects like this help our clients extend equipment life, improve safety, and maintain reliable operations without the cost and downtime of full replacement.
