Spoke Circles

To be authentic is to risk being misunderstood--by expressing where we are in our processes of self-knowing and becoming, we are committing to not getting it right, to offending, and to fumbling.

This does not mean we should blindly spew without reflection, but Perhaps we could lead with statements like: "I think, I feel, I believe" because they invite relationship.

These statements are rooted in understanding (either limited or extensive) of our identities and histories and by putting them out into the world, we set conversation and connection into motion.
