In 2020 I gained weight and was the biggest I've ever been in my life. I've gained weight in the past and have been able to lose it but this time it was different. I was older and no matter how much I tried I couldn't loose it. It was causing me to struggle with anxiety and I just didn't feel good.

In 2021 I got back into BJJ! My coach told me little by little we will get it back. Almost 50lbs later I am in great shape. Happy and not struggling with anxiety. BJJ has changed my life and if you've ever considered giving it a try I highly recommend it. It is good for the body, mind and soul.
