A Workshop on the Music of Anthony Braxton 10/20/2025

Roulette in November is home to many performances of Anthony Braxton's music. First up is a workshop led by Kyoko Kitamura, Anne Rhodes, and Adam Matlock on November 4th, then a performance with the SGTM Choir and Ingrid Laubrock and Shinya Lin duo. Then on November 12th International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE) performs Braxton's music along with Braxton collaborator Mary Halvorson and contributions from ICE Artistic Director George Lewis. Finally on November 19th, Braxton's Composition No. 95 for two pianos is performed by Ursula Oppens & Adam Tendler and Composition No. 38 is performed by Darius Jones & Cecilia Lopez.
