Bio: Louie Sousa (or his alter ego name "LASSØ") is a DJ and Music Producer based out of Brooklyn, New York. Louie is inpsired by the sounds of old school house and techno, and aims to bring back the early sounds of Underground Resistance, Jeff Mills, Robert Hood, and even the sounds of old school Dutch DJ's Michel De Hey, and Steve Rachmad. Louie's goal is to have listeners in a state of trance with groovy low-ends, funky melodies, and nasty hi-hats to keep the dance floor going. Louie's alter ego "LASSØ" is Louie's hard/dark techno alias that manifests late at night in the warehouse rave-- with acid techno, industrial sounds, and visuals to keep the party going. Influencers of LASSØ are ROD Malmok (Benny Rodriguez), Sterac, Phase, Glenn Wilson, Mike Humphries, etc. Louie has started a Record Label in Brooklyn called "RATM" (Rave Against the Machine) and has released singles on streaming platforms such as Spotify.
