Introducing Voyage Spectral, the latest beer in our single-origin series, featuring Manilita, an experimental hop variety out of the research collective.

As a test kitchen brewing company, a big part of our mission is to help introduce new ingredients, flavors and possibilities to the world of beer. It always feels exciting to get our hands on vanguard hops like Manilita because it takes so long for growers to bring new varieties into the fold.

4pks of Voyage Spectral release this week. This will be the last hazy ipa we will release ahead of the holiday weekend as we turn our attention towards packaging a few other styles.

ECHO IN THE MEMORY

Triple IPA [10%]

1st Edition, 2026

Citra, Krush on barley, wheat and oats

Created in homage to the formative haze movement that emerged from the breweries of Vermont and Massachusetts in the early 2010s, this triple was designed to evoke memories of the original hazy ipas that got us into beer in the first place.

In the glass, the iconic Orange Julius character is unmistakable and it’s highlighted by complimentary notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, apricots and tangerine creamsicles.

This beer looks more like a glass of orange juice than the lighter, pale hue that we have all become accustomed to. If you can’t drink a beer with a bit of an orange tint, this one is not for you. If you, like us, have fond memories of quest to the most notable breweries in New England, questing for some of the beer on the planet during a time when a new style of hazy IPA was taking shape, well, we think you will love this beer.

Conceived as both study and celebration, Echo in the Memory was brewed as a heartfelt tribute to our friends as they mark their 10th anniversary this weekend — honoring our friendship and serving as a companion piece to Bone Memory, a collaborative effort between Twin Elephant, Troon and Test that is also releasing via Twin Elephant this weekend.

Echo in the Memory releases today, Fri 5/8, at open via the tasting room at 302 Metropolitan Ave.

Cans will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. 4-packs will be available while supplies last. Availability and limits are subject to change at a moments notice. As always, we will do our best to post updates to our stories.
