Ah, yes. Finally. A post with substance, right? I apologize for not giving you all something sooner!

As most of you know, .hendrixx and I will be hosting our New Years Eve Live on Dec 31st and I figured I'd give you guys and gals some homework to do!

This is a spread that has been two years in the making. I took a few things that I've learned and a dash of intuition to finally have this little baby built up.

Yggdrassil - The World Tree - is a feature in Norse Cosmology that is both sacred and symbolic. Its immense size is said to be the gateway to the Nine Worlds as well as of all of existence. One is able to traverse this tree utilizing the Rainbow Bridge aka the Bifrost. The way in which this spread was created had been to replicate the placement of the Nine Realms while also utilizing their positions/meanings to tell the story of the coming year.

It is one of my favorite symbols as it has followed me during my journey for quite some time. Some of you may also recognize that the manner of its build is very similar to the Kabbalah. Funny how Spiritual work knits so closely into one another, eh?

Anyways, .hendrixx and I will be doing this spread together and I hope you all do too! I'll be discussing more about the inspiration of this spread as well as its worlds and questions during the live!
