I’m currently renting the 2nd floor of a house in Black Rock and looking for a roommate. My lease is up on June 1st so looking for someone to ideally join me for that year-long lease.

The address is 334 Midland Street, Bridgeport CT. I’d recommend looking it up on Maps Street View to see the outside of it better. It’s a 5 room house that’s already furnished with 2 bedrooms, a newly renovated bathroom/kitchen and laundry machine/dryer in basement. The house has an enclosed balcony with great views of the street, Harborview Market less than a 5 minute walk away, and restaurants and bars close by. Saint Mary’s by the Sea, a seaside walking path with views of Long Island Sound, is also within a 10-minute walk away. The rent is $800 per person per month, plus utilities. I’ve been living here for the past 6 months and definitely the best deal I’ve seen in Black Rock considering how spacious the house is.
