About the sit-up bench

🔹 I'm 5'5" & this weight bench fit perfectly, but I would not recommend this for anyone taller than that.
🔹 The padding is soft and comfy. It is well-built for long-term usage.
🔹 I use it for core exercise only, and I am surprised by how sturdy it is. I'm nearly 180lb and this ab bench works well when I was hamming my sit-ups on it, even with some weight.

About the Pull-up bar
