It’s not easy to convey/articulate what this class entails. The past classes have been so so good and we are are so locked in that we don’t get pictures (not that a picture can even express what happens)

we start with grounding the space, a little journaling to get us into the zone of self reflection, herbal tea, crystal sound bath, isolating words on our pages, blacking out everything that is not our words and then sharing the magic out loud (if we wish to) 💚😊

This is a practice of slipping into the right side of the brain, allowing synchronicity and activating your throat as you speak your message ✨✨
