Learning Quiet Discipline.TKD students who arrive early for class have some new activities. Before class, after showing self discipline and practicing their form, students can choose a game to play with a partner. There is mini foosball, mini connect four, mini magnetic darts. They also can use the time to stretch and or meditate. It's a very Zen quiet and relaxed precursor to class. Puts everyone in a great frame of mind before martial arts training.

We opened our Martial Art school 27 years ago today. Happy Anniversary Royal Dragon Martial Arts! Thank you to all of our students, family and friends for your support over the years. We are still out on the mats, three separate martial art curriculums. No day care, no BS, no politics. Just real ethical and traditional training.
