Reboot Mindfulness for Athletes focuses on invigorating and instilling the joy of sport, creating confidence in self, and tapping into and building the power of team.

The program is designed for all parts of the athlete's journey—from getting into the right state of mind before practice or an event, to refocusing during competition, to reflecting and growing after an event. With a simple to navigate curriculum, even the youngest athletes can find the meditation and mindfulness that they need at the right time, without requiring help from a coach or parent (though coach and parent involvement helps strengthen the experience).

Make your warm up routine fun! Create a pump up playlist to get you in the right mindset before a game, competition, race, or even just practice. Bonus points if you get your team involved and make the playlist collaborative!

Music has an incredible ability to relieve stress and promote a strong mind-body connection. This is why we place such an emphasis on warm-up playlists or hype up songs to get ready for a big practice. Being a part of the music creation helps to elevate these effects.

Try making music with the singing bowls method. All you need is Tibetan singing bowls or, more realistically, a set of water glasses. By rubbing around the rim of the bowl or glasses, beautiful notes emerge to fill the senses with ease. Stress quickly dissipates as the music fills the air. Give it a try and let us know in the comments what you think!

Is stress getting the best of you? Try using a stress ball to help promote relaxation and calm. Using a stress ball is simple:
1. Squeeze the ball in your left hand for 30 seconds.
2. Pulse the stress ball for 30 seconds.
3. Repeat with the right hand.

The physical act of squeezing a stress ball increases blood flow to the hands, which can help relieve tension. They provide a tactile tool for self-soothing and can help distract your mind from difficult or stressful situations. If we haven't convinced you yet, stress balls promote hand-eye coordination and can help improve fine motor skills, meaning this small exercise can better your athletic ability!
